1. Use of the Site

By using samabrains.com you agree to these terms. The site provides Stories (articles), a Store (via Beacons), Samabrains OS (product overview at /os/; app at), and related services. The Prompt Optimizer has been retired.

2. Accounts

Reader accounts are created via Google Sign-in or email OTP. Reader accounts provide access to the Library, bookmarks, comments, and paid content. Staff accounts (admin) use email OTP and are limited to authorized personnel.

3. Stories: free and paid

Free stories require no login. Paid/member stories require SamaBrains Plus ($8/month), a legacy $5/month stories-only membership, or a $2 per-story unlock via Pesapal. Friend links may grant temporary access to specific stories.

4. SamaBrains Plus ($8/month)

Monthly auto-recurring subscription via Pesapal. Plus includes every member story for the subscription period. The Prompt Optimizer has been retired. You can cancel anytime from /account. Access continues until the current billing period ends. No prorated refunds after the period starts.

5. Per-Story Unlock ($2)

One-time payment for permanent access to a specific story. No refund once the content is delivered (immediately upon payment).

6. Store (Beacons)

The Store at beacons.ai/samabrain sells downloadable templates, books, courses, memberships, appointments, and physical items. Checkout and delivery are handled by Beacons. Beacons' terms apply, and the terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase.

Digital products and courses are licensed for personal use and are not refunded after the file or course link is delivered. Memberships renew until you cancel; access continues until the end of the paid period, with no prorated refund. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start time are refunded; later cancellations and missed appointments are not. Contact us within 7 days of merch delivery if the item is damaged or not what you ordered.

7. Prompt Optimizer

The Prompt Optimizer website tool and Chrome extension have been retired. SamaBrains Plus ($8/month) is for member stories only. Legacy Pro license keys purchased before retirement remain valid until their expiry date but are not required.

8. Content and Conduct

Comments must be respectful and on-topic. We reserve the right to moderate, approve, or remove comments. Spam, harassment, and illegal content are prohibited.

10. Samabrains OS

Samabrains OS is a workspace-gated AI workspace. Access requires an active workspace (see /os/ and checkout on pay.samabrains.com) and sign-in via Cloudflare Access. You are responsible for actions taken by agents and apps in your workspace, including when they use connectors you authorize (Google, Notion, Slack, and others). Do not connect accounts or grant scopes you are not authorized to share. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service, probe other users' data, or violate law.

See our Privacy Policy, including the section on Samabrains OS and Google user data (Limited Use). Reader-site data can be exported or deleted from /account. For OS Google connection deletion requests, email info@samabrains.com.
